To start the new season, Pierre has
invited two international guest chefs
to propose their own interpretation
of 9 base ingredients; Macarena de
Castro (Spain) and Oth Sombath
(Thailand). They teamed up with
Pierre to offer their personal touch
besides the traditional French cuisine
“revisitée”.
On the menu, seasonal products
and a new ingredient, the mussels,
showcasing the authenticity and
originality of these three talented
chefs. A real trip around the world
